Studio
Earthed Architecture is a collaborative and transparent design studio founded by the director Douglas McNamara in 2016 after almost a decade of working in other well regarded architecture practices throughout Sydney.
A childhood blessed with sheering sheds, cereal crops and open space away from typical architecture evoking environments, established an underlying influence to his design sense that reflects a comfort exclusively found in rural community. Replicating this comfort is the nucleus of his design intent.
Our design approach is highly collaborative, transparent and hands on. We deliver our projects by drawing on our trusted network of consultants, tradespeople and suppliers in an efficient and enjoyable team approach.
